Florencia Pistone has specialized in making ‘mochis’, an oriental dessert that it sells in restaurants and stores.
With no professional experience in cooking or baking, but with an entrepreneurial spirit, Florencia Pistone began testing at his home. From there he jumped into the kitchen of a sushi restaurant, where customers were his test bed to test what worked and what didn’t. “It took me almost two years to find the right recipe.
