We’re back with another Weekly Pinch of Shopping to brighten your week!
This week we’ve found some handy time-saving products that mean you can get a healthy, filling and tasty dinner on the table even on busy days.
This includes some delicious Sweet Chilli Salmon Fillets that can be cooked from frozen in less than four minutes.
Along with delicately spiced Punjabi Chickpea Dhal that tastes so fresh and fragrant – it’s a great way to liven up a simple salad.
And, because we all need a frozen treat on a hot day, we’ve included some mini Nuii ice creams that are so rich and creamy, but just 160 calories each.
We’ve also dropped in a reminder of this fortnight’s Super 6. Every fortnight Aldi discounts a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, so we’re giving you the rundown of last week’s selection.

These M&S Yoghurt and Strawberry Rice Cakes have a delightful sprinkling of freeze dried strawberries that boost the sweetness, adding that hint of fruity flavour.
Made from wholegrain brown rice, these rice cakes are gluten free and only 90 calories each.

Frozen fruit is so handy to have in the freezer when you’re trying to eat healthy.

Because the fruit is frozen when it’s at its freshest, it stays full of flavour and goodness.

Whether you’re dairy free, vegan or just like to switch out milk for other alternatives sometimes, this Alpro Soya High Protein Drink is a great option.
With 50g of protein in each litre, along with plenty of calcium and vitamins B2, B12 and D, you can use this anywhere you’d use milk.
Pour it on cereal, try it in your coffee or you could even make a milkshake.
Use it instead of cow’s milk in these Oat Pancakes to make the recipe dairy free. You can top them with almost anything – fruit, syrup, chocolate sauce!
