These handy frozen chips even include a sachet of punchy sea salt and chardonnay wine vinegar seasoning. Sprinkle over the cooked chips to add the perfect blend of salty and tangy flavours.
Prefer to make your own chips from scratch? We’ve practised and perfected the recipe for healthy homemade chips – they don’t come better than this! You can make our Homemade Oven Chips in the air fryer or your oven; they’ll turn out delicious either way.

Cully & Sully A Full Bodied Vegetable Soup – 140 calories per 1/2 pot
Brrrr it’s cold out there! It doesn’t look like it’ll be warming up anytime soon, but a bowlful of veggie soup will keep the chill at bay. Made from carrots, leeks, onions and potatoes, this Cully & Sully A Full Bodied Vegetable Soup is comforting and filling in equal measures.
The hearty broth is a wholesome option for lunch, and it can be heated in a pan or microwaved in its packaging for ultimate convenience. At 140 calories for half a pot, you can add a bread roll to create a nourishing meal that’ll fill you up until dinner.

These Mediterranean inspired Dina Lavash Flatbreads are great for adding a little more variety into your lunches. Instead of the usual brown bread or tortilla wraps, why not try loading one up with salad or sandwich fillings?
They taste best warm, so pop them in the oven for a couple of minutes or blast in the microwave for 10 seconds before serving. We bet they’d be delicious packed with Coronation Chickpeas, or smeared with this Hummus Style Dip.
For a super speedy lunch idea that packs in ALL the flavour, you need to give these Cheesy Bacon Flatbreads a try. Melty cheese and salty bacon…do we need to say anymore?
